My story

Xochitl Brechbühl

It all began with a realization: quality begins within.

During my work in the world of quality management, where continuous improvement is part of everyday life, I realized that the same principles we apply to improve organizations can also be applied to our own lives.

This is how my conviction was born: every person can create a high-quality life for themselves and their environment.

Today, I integrate worlds into my work that, at first glance, seem very different. On the one hand, the structured world of standards, processes, and quality management. On the other, the vitality of joy, humor and human development.

In my roles as Quality, Business, Life & Humor Coach, Business Culture Designer, and Quality Manager, I accompany individuals and organizations in discovering new ways to grow, work and live with greater awareness, quality and joy.

My Mexican roots and Swiss background have shaped my view of the world. Added to this is my professional experience in industry and the social sector, as well as my trilingualism - German, Spanish and English - which allows me to engage with people and organizations in all their diversity.

In my work, I am guided by resources, solutions, and goals. Transparent communication, trust, and personal responsibility form the basis of my work. I am deeply self-reflective and have a great passion for lifelong learning.

That is why I continue to develop myself continuously.
